Q. What is A-Team Cleaners minimum clean per visit?

A. Our minimum clean per visit  is 2 hours.

Q. What areas do A-Team Cleaners cover?

A. We are based in Chessington, Surrey and will cover a 15mile radius, but don't hesitate to get in touch if your are just outside as we will do are best to help!

Q. Do A-Team Cleaners provide products and cleaning equipment?

A. We have a full range of both products and cleaning equipment, we fully understand if clients only like their homes cleaned with their own so the option is entirely yours.

Q. Do I have to be home,when the A-Team Cleaners are at my property?

A. Its completely down to you, we are both trustworthy and reliable, so leaving a key is optional, you are also welcome to stay at the property whilst we clean to inspect our work before paying to guarentee satisfaction.

Q. Im not happy with the clean from the A-Team what do i do next?

A. If you are not happy with our services, let us know within 24 hours of our visit, we will revisit on our next available slot and complete the clean to your satisfaction at no extra charge.

Q. Are you fully insured?

A. Yes, we are fully insured.

Q. What's the availabilty of the A-Team Cleaners?

A. We work seven days a week, mornings, afternoons or evenings. We do operate on an appointment basis, preferably booking a week in advance. Due to cancellations please contact us as we may have a slot sooner.

Q. Can I cancel my appointment?

A. Of course, although we would appreciate minimum 24 hours notice. We hope you look to rearrange as we value your custom.

Q. After meeting for a quote, is that the final fee i'll pay?

A. We will cover everything you require and give you a quote, this will include the work and may include a fee for other charges such as the congestion charge if your situated in London. The only time you will pay extra is if you request additional services after the quote was given.
